At McKinley Holdings Group, growth is not pursued for its own sake. Every addition to our portfolio — every new initiative, every investment of capital and leadership attention — must serve a clear strategic purpose and strengthen the whole.

With that standard in mind, we are announcing the development of Construct Collect Technologies (CCT): a construction-focused accounts receivable management platform currently under active development and scheduled for launch in 2026.

Strategic Context

Over the course of operating Lienguard and Construction Credit & Finance Group, a pattern became clear. The contractors, suppliers, and financial operators we serve face a consistent and compounding challenge: managing accounts receivable in an industry defined by fragmented processes, complex compliance requirements, and slow payment cycles.

The tools available to address these challenges have not kept pace with the operational realities of the construction sector. Most businesses in this space rely on manual workflows, disconnected software systems, or generalized platforms that were not built with the nuances of construction receivables in mind.

CCT is our response to that gap — not a speculative venture, but a disciplined investment in technology infrastructure that we identified as both necessary and strategically aligned with our existing platform.

Portfolio Alignment

CCT is not a standalone initiative. It is a purposeful extension of what McKinley Holdings Group has already built.

Lienguard has spent more than four decades managing the compliance infrastructure that protects contractors and suppliers — filing mechanics liens, bond claims, municipal liens, and public notices with precision and reliability. That operational knowledge informs the compliance architecture CCT will be built upon.

Construction Credit & Finance Group brings deep expertise in commercial collections, invoice recovery, and credit management within the construction space. That institutional knowledge shapes how CCT will approach collections workflow integration and receivables risk management.

Together, these operating companies represent decades of earned expertise. CCT is designed to digitize, systematize, and extend that expertise — making it accessible to a broader market through a purpose-built software platform.

The three businesses are intended to strengthen one another. Not to compete, but to complement.

What Construct Collect Technologies Will Do

CCT is being developed as a comprehensive AR management platform for the construction industry. Its core capabilities are designed around the workflows that construction suppliers, contractors, and financial operators manage daily:

• Lien and bond compliance workflow tracking — from preliminary notices through final filings, with deadline management and documentation control

• Accounts receivable management — structured tools for invoice tracking, aging analysis, and payment follow-up

• Collections management integration — a direct workflow bridge between outstanding receivables and collections action, informed by CCFG's operational expertise

• Risk mitigation tools — proactive exposure identification and receivables protection from project inception through close

• Reporting and accountability infrastructure — dashboards and metrics that give finance teams and operators clear visibility into AR health and compliance status

The platform is being built with the operational realities of the construction industry as its foundation — not adapted from a generic financial software model.

Leadership Philosophy

How we build CCT matters as much as what we build.

As a Christian-led organization, McKinley Holdings Group brings a governing framework to every initiative we undertake: integrity in our processes, accountability in our systems, and a long-term orientation that resists shortcuts.

CCT will be developed with those same standards. We are not building toward a transaction. We are building toward a durable platform that creates measurable value for the businesses it serves — year after year, not quarter to quarter.

That means investing in sound architecture and disciplined development practices. It means building a team aligned with our values and our operational philosophy. And it means ensuring that CCT is designed to perform reliably under the real-world conditions our clients face — not just in ideal circumstances.

Accountability and measurable outcomes are not features we intend to add later. They are foundational to the platform from day one.

Forward Outlook

Construct Collect Technologies is currently under active development. Our target launch is 2026, with a focus on serving construction suppliers, general contractors, specialty subcontractors, and financial operators working within the construction ecosystem.

We will share additional detail regarding platform capabilities, availability, and onboarding as development progresses. Our approach to this launch, as with all of our operating initiatives, will be measured and deliberate. We will not bring CCT to market before it is ready to deliver on its stated purpose.

For those interested in learning more or following CCT's development, we encourage you to monitor this platform for updates as we approach launch.

Construct Collect Technologies represents our continued commitment to building durable enterprises that strengthen operations, improve accountability, and create lasting value.
